The love of reading with Violet Favero

In this episode, we talk about the love of reading and how important it is for children to find that love as well. We also dab a little into girl chat. 

About Violet:

Prior to beginning her career as a children’s picture book author/illustrator, Violet  Favero (Silly Yaya),  worked as a medical administrator, is a grandmother to nine granddaughters and is well known for her Sunday Dinners and lavish holiday gatherings.

Violet’s third picture book, Unkie Munkie Lives at The Zoo, was named Amazon’s #1 New Release in its genre, and her fourth book, an early chapter book, Gracie’s RV Mis-Adventure, was also named Amazon’s #1 New Release in its genre.  Her newest book, Pete Comes to America was named Amazon's #1 New Release in four categories.  They follow her first two books, that are international sellers, Silly Yaya and Sunday Dinner at Silly Yaya’s.

Violet is passionate that we are raising readers, one book at a time.  She is a frequent visitor to schools and libraries reading to students and getting them excited about reading having read to 1000’s of students. She travels with her husband and dog in their RV doing book signings and appearances. Violet lives in Florida.
