When I share my story, the thing I want people to learn from is that there is hope. It's so easy to feel hopeless when we go through hard times. But that experience teaches you, molds you and makes you who you are. I always say I couldn't have the marriage I have now and if I hadn't learned the lessons from my last marriage. God's plan was so much greater than any vision I could muster in the midst of the crisis. There is hope.
