Whether you have a picky eater or a child that just hates the color green, we know you’re constantly trying to think of ways to get more veggies into your child’s diet. First of all, the blender is your best friend. Simply pour in spaghetti sauce along with spinach, broccoli, carrots, onions or whatever other veggies you have, and blend away.
