Welcome back to the 81st episode of the ModState Podcast.
On this episode and to close out the week John and Nate lay the frame work for a several month mini-series leading up to the 2018 midterm elections.
Instead of focusing on each individual candidate and the races they will run the ModState team has decided to break down the different geographical regions of the United States and explore what is most important to each region.
The goal is to explore specific issues to each region and the commonalities they have with one another. As specific races come up they will be covered but this is to allow for an in-depth look of the United States and why certain people and regions have certain views.
At the end of the episode John and Nate discuss the new poll that states that confidence in American international leadership has dwindled. Are the people in this poll too visceral or is it warranted? Tune in and find out!
