Chattanooga Film Festival is a father-son partnership and a labor of love. It has been making a name for itself among film-lovers, filmmakers and the film industry. Alex Bradley speaks with founders Chris Dortch II and Chris Dortch Sr., as well as members of their media team, to learn how Chattanooga Film Festival partnered with Microsoft to present a full, four-day virtual version of their physical festival.
