To excel in the digital world can be a challenging yet exciting prospect. Lou Nylander is a woman who has her finger on the pulse when it comes to video marketing. The global marketing officer for Unruly, a company which specialises in data-driven video for brands.

Lou started her career after applying for a job in the back of the Media Guardian back in the days where you actually had to literally write a letter and post your CV. She recalls 'I posted it and hoped for the best. I was living with my parents in Essex at the time and it was brilliant, as I received a letter asking me to come in for a grad scheme working at a media agency called Zenith Media.'
Fast forward a few years later after working with high profile brands including L’Oréal, Mini and BMW her work now involves working with brands to monetise their videos. She discusses with Rosie Coxshaw all about this ever-changing landscape and how she stays on top.
