Dr Susan Rose, the founder of Rose and Bloom Coaching specialising in Leadership and personal development.
Prior to launching her company, Susan was a professor at the Henley Business School a role which opened opportunities to working in South East Asia and South Africa where she was asked to spearhead their school in Malaysia. She is also a mum to two children and shares with us her experiences of juggling working abroad as well as being a devoted mum and keeping the house duties in order.
After going through a life-changing personal experience herself, working with women is an area she is extremely passionate about.
In this podcast, Susan shares her career story but also some practical advice and takeaways around leadership in the workplace including the different characteristics between male and female leaders, what direction to take when you're looking to become a leader as well as discussing how we can encourage more women into senior positions.
