Using snapchat to cover India for the Hindustan Times with Yusuf Omar, mobile editor of the Hindustan Times

Yusuf Omar is the new mobile editor of the Hindustan Times.  Indian is a country of around a billion people. How can you cover it when it is so vast and there are so many different mobile devices.  Yusuf is aiming to build a network of 750 mobile journalists using smartphones and snapchat to create video and social content.
