This weekend we take a break from our series in 1 Corinthians to celebrate our VBS kids and workers. The focus this week has been on the Armor of God from Ephesians 6. This Sunday our service will be at Trails West camp and the service will be focused on what the kids have learned this week. The sermon will be from Ephesians 6 which teaches us that as followers of Jesus we are in a spiritual battle. The battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces. If we are to win this battle we must armor up with the armor God has given us to win. Don't miss this weekend for a reminder that our families are in a battle for the hearts, minds and souls of our kids. God has given us the weapons to win but we must use them. Come help us fight for our kids as we end the week with a big celebration.
