LIVING ON MISSION IN OUR COMMUNITY - Horizon Music Festival

This weekend we welcome the Horizon Music Festival to our community. This has been a labor of love for the team putting it all together. I am thrilled to have an event like this in our community. There are many believers in positions of influence in our valley and with these positions come the ability to make an impact for Jesus. This festival is a great opportunity to introduce many to "Jesus Music". Music speaks to everyone and God uses it to touch people's lives with His presence, power, and truth. We are thankful that God has raised up a movement of artists who point people to Jesus in our nation. Through the Horizon Music Festival, some of the top artists in our nation are coming to us.

Let's join together at 8am at MBC for one service and then go join others in our community as we worship together. I believe that Jesus wants us to worship together and show this valley that there is one Lord and Savior over all and that is Jesus. At our 8am service we will be looking at Act chapter 1 where Jesus leaves his followers and sets them on track to continue the movement that he started. Jesus came on mission to change the world by bringing forgiveness of sins and peace with God. We must continue to spread this message by "Being the Church". There is one kingdom, one mission, and one future that matter to God. Let's join together at 8am for one service all together at Mitchell Berean with a message called, Living On Mission in our Community.
