John 1:14 is a beautiful verse about Jesus. The Bible tells us, "And the WORD became flesh and dwelt among us, and we behold His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth."
Jesus is called the WORD of God. At Christmas time, we can learn to love and know the Lord more by growing in our LOVE for Him and for His Word, the Bible. We can teach our children to read God's Word, to memorize it, to think about it, to sing about it, to study and speak about it, and as we do, to know HIM more. A great place to start is by memorizing the Christmas story in Luke 1:1-20.
