For this week’s episode we are joined by Saudi Arabia’s first female superbike racing driver, Dania Akeel. We chat to Dania about her experiences of women driving in Saudi, the journey to becoming a racing driver, and the landscape of motorsports in Saudi which has already seen the Dakar Rally and Extreme E this year, with Formula 1 set to take place in Jeddah as the penultimate race this year. Dania also shares her experiences of co-hosting the opening ceremony of Dakar and her views in managing fear and attaining mental clarity while racing, particularly after she broke several bones on the track.
