Along with great new tracks by Australian, US and UK artists, Katie plays two more of her ‘micro-interviews’ from the Port Fairy Folk Festival: one with Dobe Newton from the legendary Bushwackers folk band, who talks about a particularly memorable gig in Melbourne in 1979; and the other with beautiful English singer-songwriter Katherine Priddy, who tells us about a particular song of hers that caught Katie’s attention. Here is the playlist:
Dreaming, Swimming – Lisa Mitchell
All Along the Ride – The Delines
No Words – RHODES
Wishing (Variation) – Fanny Lumsden
This Little Town – The Bushwackers
Sweet Magnolia – Carson McHone
Right on Time – Metronomy
The Isle of Eigg – Katherine Priddy
