We all want victory, but there is a price to gain victory. Paying the price is not looking at our circumstances, but instead meditating on the Word of God. It is truly forgiving those who have hurt us. It is not indulging our flesh that wants to stay where we are, and re-live our past, and console our own soul. Paying the price is sacrifice. It is saying no to the desire of our flesh... pressing beyond the pain of the past... so we can see the hand of God bring us the victory and the bright future that He has promised us.
