Given the present climate of the planet, grounding should be part of the daily routine in order to assist us in navigating the uncomfortable changes that we are confronted with. A timeless way of life adopted by many cultures & ancient traditions which kept them very close to Nature.

It is time to get back to basics. Grounding is the foundation for many spiritual practices across the world. This practice can be just what Nature ordered, while improving some very common health conditions making the overall body healthier & open to it's natural healing ability.
