This episode of the Minimal Multisport Podcast is with my friend and colleague, Tyler Benedict.

You might know him as the owner and founder of Bikerumor.com, the most popular cycling tech website in the world. While that should keep any reasonable person busy, Tyler also has a podcast, a sports drink company, an active travel blog, and he even manages to find some time to practice ninja warrior obstacle courses. The great thing about Tyler is that, although he’s a very driven person, he’s also very friendly and open to change. After being the new kid on the block and being criticized by some of the old guard of the outdoor and cycling industry, he has stayed the course and also kept the business nimble – and over time has emerged as one of the most reliable and stable publications. He has great insights on business and life, and I’m sure you’ll enjoy hearing what he has to say.
