Oh jeez, this is so long overdue... It's been quite sometime since I've put an episode out there. So here you have it! I felt like it was suitable to make a come back with a 1-on-1 talk.
In this episode, I vent and ramble about stress and (maybe) anxiety. Basically, I talk about how I feel like my mind never calms down even when I try to make it calm down. Maybe it's because I'm a workaholic, maybe I have some other underlying mental related issue, maybe it's something completely different than whatever I'm thinking. Either way, it was nice venting to y'all about how I can't ever really relax and how it annoys me.
