In this episode, we celebrate World Hijab Day with sisters Marium, Masooma, and Asha. Sister Mariuam, a convert to Islam, explains the struggles within her Catholic family, particularly her mother, who is not fond of the fact that her daughter has converted to Islam.  Christian nuns wear something similar to the Hijab, but are not seen as oppressed. When Muslim sisters wear it, it becomes a form of oppression. Sister Masooma talks about her journey to the Hijab 16 years ago. She reveals why she started to wear the Hijab. Sister Asha talks about how she was harassed for wearing the Hijab. We address social media companies and how they adversely they impact the self-esteem of young girls and women.
