Mindclickers is a show where I chat with professional esports athletes in an array of games from League of Legends, Counterstrike, Valorant and StarCraft. In the following episode, I talk with Julian "Rev" Joachim, an Australian National Karate and StarCraft 2 Grandmaster athlete. We discuss the importance of physical activity for overall wellbeing, mental performance and general health. Julian reflects on his experience at Nationals where he conquered fear, out beat anxiety and persevered in unwinnable situations. We also critically discuss "Ladder Anxiety" and the importance of visualisation before any major or minor performance.
