She is the author of The Ten Commandments of #SuccessWithoutApology, the accompanying podcast Success Without Apology by Rachael Melot, and speaks around the country on topics of business ownership, women advancement, entrepreneurship, leadership, and basketball officiating. In her local community, she owns a boutique retail store and mentors women who learn to operate a business and provide great customer service.
