More About Andy:
Andy Gutman is a children’s book author and songwriter inspired by his daughter, Riley; He has published four children’s books: Charlie the Caterpillar; Pop Lullaby; Even; and Charlie the Caterpillar: What Can I Be Today? Each book has an inspirational message that encourages children.
Working in the wee hours of the morning while others are sleeping, he writes his books as songs, then transforms them into books; In addition, he has published more than 400 songs for a wide array of audiences. These can be found on iTunes and Soundcloud.
 
Gutman is also President of a Detroit, Mich.-based full-service real estate organization that manages more than 25 million square feet of office, retail, multi-family and industrial space across the country.
Gutman previously served as CFO of Farbman Group and was honored By Crain’s Detroit Business as a “CFO of the Year” for his work.
He is a graduate of Michigan State University.
