This is a case analysis of an international sextortion case.   THE VICTIM IS 9 YEARS OLD living in Australia. Her life is changed forever.    The alleged perpetrator is 25 years old Jorge Rosales living in Beaverton, Oregon. For almost 5 years Rosales contacted minors using several different online accounts and systematically blackmailed them, contacted their friends and shared illicit photos of the victim and sent a naive pre-pubescent child horrific photos of child pornography.
