Today’s guest is Jess who lives in Florida and works in education. Here and her husband paid off $147,000 in 3 years, which set them up for a life of financial freedom and fun. They are on track to retire by 40.

Debt is an emergency! Put the goal in mind and in sight. Jess and her husband put all their debt on a whiteboard and kept crossing things off until they finished.
Jess started with paying off the smallest debt to the highest debt. Once they got on a roll, they switched to paying off debts with the highest interest to the lowest interest.
Be resourceful in finding money in current expenses, increasing current income and create additional income through side hustles
Bring your partner along by role modeling. They also made it fun to pay off debt by making it a game to see who could pay off their debts first.
