Sika shares her athletic journey starting in High School and College at Tufts and how she found triathlon.
In 2019 Sika started Ironman 70.3 Texas with the hopes of finishing in the top 3 but her day did not go as planned. She shares the story of her crash and her recovery.
Later in 2019 Sika had the opportunity to race the Ironman World Championship. She shares how that happened and what her race was like.
