A former teacher and dance instructor, Adriane has been a yoga practitioner for most of her life. But it was when her migraine attacks turned chronic that she moved her career from the hectic world of dance to the more meditative and restorative world of yoga. 


Join us as Adriane talks about how she adapts yoga to make it suitable for those with migraine, to learn about the forms of yoga you can practice even on high pain days, and to find out how yoga practice can even be adapted to be done in bed.
