Pastor Deb teaches on Acts in "The Conversion of Peter, a Fisherman, & Cornelius, a Roman Soldier." This is the eighth sermon in the series: "Acts: The Movement Begins." The scripture reading is from Acts 10:27-48.

A Roman Commander named Cornelius was a devout and God fearing man. He had a vision where an Angel gives him instructions to send for Peter who was staying in Joppa. Peter traveled from Joppa to Cornelius’ home in Caesarea. There he witnessed that God was inviting the Gentiles into His spiritual family through Jesus Christ just as God had invited the Jews into His spiritual family through Jesus Christ. This is astonishing to Jewish believers.
