Michigan Football Grades vs. Indiana Feat. Shea Patterson, Nico Collins & Josh Gattis In 39-14 Win

Michigan Football News: The Michigan Wolverines defeated the Indiana Hoosiers 39-14 in week 13 of the college football season behind another stellar offensive performance led by Michigan QB Shea Patterson & WR Nico Collins. Patterson had his 2nd straight game with 300+ passing yards after having zero 300+ passing yds & zero 4+ TD games leading up to the game vs. Michigan State. Today, Shea Patterson threw for 5 TDs, a career high as a Wolverine. Michigan had its 2nd straight game with a 100+ yd receiver after going 39 games without a 100+ yd WR.

Michigan’s defense got off to a slow start, allowing Indiana to put up 14 points in the first 16 minutes, but they held Indiana scoreless for the final 44 minutes of the game behind strong performances from Aidan Hutchinson, Khaleke Hudson & Daxton Hill. Daxton Hill had his first start with Brad Hawkins out & Hill did not disappoint. Dax led the Michigan defense with 8 tackles & also snagged an interception to help the Wolverines come out on top.
