In episode 5, our Co-Founder Gabi and Programme Associate Dana, chat with Thiago Carmo, Managing Director at social enterprise Passion4Social. Operating in Scotland, Passion4Social aim to help create an equal, understanding and inclusive society, celebrates diversity and puts people first, over and above profit margins.

Thiago is a Brazilian entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in Marketing and Design with a Master in Development Studies from (University of Glasgow). Thiago has worked for several multinationals (Motorola, Ford, GM, HP, Pepsico, Omega, Roche, etc.) across the globe, in Brazil, Belgium, Canada, and now in the UK. In his career, Thiago has led 4 companies as an entrepreneur. In 2018, he co-founded his 5th company, Passion4Social, and the growth has been exponential: 600% last year, with 10 employees. He is passionate about diversity, social impact, and mainly helping people.
