Happy Holidays Metalheads. This week we are excited to share our visit with Chris Impellitteri and his band IMPELLITTERI.

For the first time ever, the Impellitteri catalog has been made available worldwide as Global Rock have released  "Wake The Beast" a set that encompasses the Impellitteri story from 1987-2010. Every song here selected by Chris himself as to what he feels are the highlights from some 12 different releases. Weather it's fan favorite Rob Rock on vocals or the legendary Graham Bonnet behind the mic, one thing can be sure, the intensity never let's up. 

Thru the years IMPELLITTERI band member alumni and hired guns have also played with legendary bands like Slayer, Black Sabbath, Rainbow, Ozzy Osbourne, Alice Cooper, as well as 
Headlining stages at the Sweden Rock Festival, Rock Fest Barcelona, Bang Your Head Festival, Busan Rock Festival (headliner) and countless sold out Japanese tours.
We had a chance to talk with Chris about theses career milestones and the process behind the new career spanning anthology 3 cd package. A great unique conversation filled with in-depth antidotes and disclosures found only here at Metal Mayhem ROC.

Impellitteri's 2022's momentum has shifted into overdrive as it has just been announced yesterday that  the Guitar virtuoso will be inducted into the 2023 Metal Hall Of Fame at the 6th Annual Metal Hall Of Fame Charity Gala, January 26,2023 at the Canyon Club in Agoura Hills, CA.
"I am honored and humbled to be inducted into the Metal Hall Of Fame. I want to thank the Hall and of course all of our amazing fans who continue to support Impellitteri year after year in virtually every country!"  Although Chris has always stated Impellitteri "is a band not a solo artist" he has won numerous accolades for his guitar playing Guitar World and Guitar One Magazine officially named him one of the fastest guitarists of all time. Impellitteri will be Inducted along with the classic lineup of legendary band TWISTED SISTER. We welcome comments, good or bad on this discussion.
