Questions:

1. Approx 40% of the Psalms are lament. Why do you think God includes so many laments in the Psalms?

2. Why do you think there is so much stigma around depression?

3. How can we, the church, practically give a voice to people whose voices have been silenced by mental health challenges, like depression?

4. In what ways does God call us to be a “waiting people”, and how can we wait with our friends who are suffering?
