Is your nose buried in your phone, or are you distracted taking and posting pictures of everything you do? Are you avoiding who or where you are, or has this become a habit that you don't realize how distracted you've become? What cellular memory are you creating by these distractions and being unable to unplug fully?  Taking a break and fully being present is important to your physical, emotional, mental and even spiritual health.
