People often turn to meditation to quiet their brain and over the years I’ve grown to love meditation, but I’ve also balanced that with think-time.   Time where I can allow my thoughts to meander.  Sometimes those thoughts take me down amazing pathways -  sometimes they are like a Google search where you go down a rabbit hole and end up on a page wonder how in the world you ever got there.  But not all of us are good analyzers.   Not all of us are good at starting up that thought process, or shutting it down.  There are healthy times for starting them up and times to shut them down. 

It’s equally important that we declutter our mind as it is to welcome thoughts and ideas.  Can think time be taking a break?
