Easter is not just a holiday on the calendar, but something that impacts every day of our lives as the resurrection victory of Jesus brings us forgiveness of sins, peace with God, and hearts filled with hope. The victorious hope of Easter is not an “I hope so” hope, but an “I know so” hope. in 1 Peter 1, we see that how that victorious hope of Easter is a living hope that looks to Jesus through eyes of faith now and through our own eyes in heaven someday.
