Why are we here? Why does King of Kings exist? Who are we and where are we going? Over the past seven weeks, we have seen why Jesus came—to reconnect us with God. We have seen that we are here to connect to God, his Word, his world, his people, and his work. So where do we go from here? We would love for everything to be all glory and success unending, but Jesus teaches us today that the path to true, eternal glory leads down the mountain to the cross. Where do we go from here? We go with Jesus.
