055 - Teach Your Kids to Fail

👋 In today's episode, I want to talk to you about parenting. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Lately, I've noticed a couple of things about parenting that I wanted to share with you.

Yesterday, while walking on the beach, 🌊🌴 I saw a dad talking harshly to his young son. 👨‍👦 It was heartbreaking to see the emptiness in the boy's eyes.😔 I wanted to intervene, but it didn't seem like it would make a positive impact. Instead, I realized that some people are disconnected and lost, repeating negative patterns from their own upbringing. I hope that father can find a better path for his son's sake.

Another incident happened tonight when we decided to go roller skating.⛸️ We had a lovely moment skating together. ❤️🔥 We also faced a parenting challenge when our youngest got discouraged. Instead of pushing him, I empathized and encouraged him, sharing my own stories of failure. 

⚡ Eventually, he found the courage to try again and succeeded. 👏💥 It taught me the importance of sharing our failures and showing that mistakes are part of life.

✅ Remember, as parents, it's important to talk openly about our mistakes and failures. 🙏 Letting our kids know that it's okay to make mistakes helps them grow and learn. 🌱📚💯
