After identifying the feeling of void and the progression that came after, acknowledgement was critical in Nicole’s path forward. She discusses how it came through the introduction to a mindfulness practice; a practice that started out as a five minute per day exercise and then expanded and permeated throughout her days. She touches on how critical this piece was for her and offers a journaling exercise that has helped her to continue to bring awareness and acknowledge her present moment.

Nicole Imbriaco is a tech-savvy MBA turned yoga teacher and reiki practitioner who brings mindfulness and intuition into the paths of others who are living less than the whole version of themselves. She also works with purpose driven entrepreneurs to merge logic and instinct to work smarter and expand their impact.
