In this week’s episode, Nicole Imbriaco interviews Julia de’Caneva. We talk about the intersection of logic and instinct, Julia’s 3 pillars of intentional living, mindfulness, and strengths, retrospection of the previous overworking and perfectionist versions of ourselves, and so much more.

Julia de'Caneva has a seemingly never-ending curiosity for all things human behavior. She works as a strengths-based intentional living coach. As a former overworker, overachiever, and perfectionist, she takes the lessons she learned from cancer and helps other overworkers, overachievers, and/or perfectionists slow down, embrace what they're naturally awesome at, and find balance by prioritizing what really matters to them. Getting thyroid cancer at age 29 changed her entire outlook on life, due in large part to the magic of mindfulness. She loves sweet potatoes, sunsets, and existential chats. When not coaching, you'll usually find Julia reading books, meditating, and studying Japanese.
