And we're back for part two of the Mark Essex story. This one gets wild fast, as we pick up with Essex headed to the Howard Johnson Hotel in downtown New Orleans, and it's here where Essex would take the vast majority of his victims. We've got carnage in the hotel, a seemingly brain dead police chief, a shootout with a helicopter and a bunch of dead and wounded police officers.
