Show Summary:

Chanté recently went on an all-girls trip to Puerto Rico where they were astounded by the difference between the men there and those in their home town of Toronto. She joins me in this episode to share her experiences and the lessons that men can derive from their counterparts in Puerto Rico when approaching women.

It is a common complaint among women across North America, particularly in more conservative cities like Toronto, that men are too passive. Attractive women often lament that they will get dressed up, flirt, make eye contact and yet the men will still hesitate to approach. Even online, men put off moving from messaging to getting on the phone or meeting up in person. This betrays a lack of confidence which is a turn off.

By contrast, the men in Puerto Rico are very bold in communicating their attraction, expressing their sexuality and flirting at every opportunity. The women found this charisma very attractive. One of them actually said that if men in Toronto were as bold, that she would be married by now. Another girl went on more dates in one week in Puerto Rico than she had been on in over a month back home.

Chanté and I dive into the specifics of how the men in Puerto Rico behaved in order to extract tangible lessons that more inhibited men can apply when approaching women. We talk about how being more aggressive, dominant, unapologetic, fun and in the moment can help you. We also talk about giving women compliments and the right and wrong ways to go about it.

We tackle some of the objectives that guys might have such as coming off as too aggressive, creepy, or weak and supplicating in the case of giving compliments. We address each one and provide suggestions on how to avoid these pitfalls. Chanté also talks about the risk of rejection and developing the right attitude towards it.

Advice:

The take away in this episode is straight forward, simple and practical. It is rooted in the fact that women are waiting and wanting for you to advance and that they are frustrated by your inaction. Listen to Chanté explain it.
