The most stable job in America is a teacher with tenure. We saw an issue with this first hand. We had tenure, but voters in the school district we were in voted to consolidate the high school, which reset tenure so that they could hire and fire however they wanted, to have less people.

There is literally no better security than doing it yourself. And, leading dozens or hundreds of people every month. In essence, no longer relying on the lies being told by society about job security.

All it takes is one employer not handling finances properly for you to lose a job, when you rely on other people. Anywhere you want to pull statistics from, the majority of businesses fail.

In a normal job, you have a single point of failure, which is something we want to avoid at all costs!
