This week, I decided to go ahead and do a healing meditation. You can do this for yourself if you are not feeling well or recovering from an illness. Or just do it to refresh or re-energize yourself. You can also do it on behalf of a loved one who needs it. Remember our love, faith and energy passes on to them. So if they aren't in a position to do it, this is the best way to bring health back to them. I've done it many times for many of my friends and family.
