This is a rock climbing podcast co-hosted by Snook and Kane. We'll be discussing various topics relating to climbing from travel destinations to training methods. Kane is a science nerd, professional physiologist, gym owner and climbing coach. Snook is just another dude at the crag excessively yelling "Allez" and always getting scared climbing above the bolt. But we love climbing more than anything and we love talking about it. Mediocrasend is a punny title combining two words together; Mediocracy and Send.
