Prescribing thiamine in patients at risk of refeeding syndrome.

Update: Note added re 24/25 template publication. The new templates are expected to be published in late spring or early summer this year. We are unable to provide an exact publication date but will release them as soon as possible, at the same time the UKHSA publish the national PGD for IM influenza vaccine.
