El Silbón, The Whistler

El Silbón, is a Venezuelan legend about a spoiled son who brutally murders his father and is cursed to wander for eternity with his fathers remains on his back. (The tame version) The whistle of El Silbón is the warning sign that he may be on his way to pay you a visit you’ll never forget. This week we tell some state sides tales of the whistling Spector and the history and folklore surrounding it. We leave you with a warning, if you hear the quite whistle of El Silbón at night it just be the last thing you hear.
