Chris Caldwell is the founder of the Common Wheel, a non-profit organization located in Lancaster, PA, that aims to use bikes to unite communities and empower kids and adults alike. From donating hundreds of bikes to underprivileged kids during the Holidays, to running programs that teach kids how to assemble bikes to earn them, the Common Wheel takes something that we view as an everyday commodity and leverages it to be a real difference maker.

Chris Caldwell's journey has not been easy by any means. He used books and motivation from his late mother to forge an unconventional path to say the least. He now is a pillar in his community and uses what he has learned along the way to share with those who need it.
