Dr. Sarah Miller and I work together to create a quiz that will help people determine if their child is strong-willed. Through her experience as a pediatrician, she has identified red flags that could signify a medical condition. In addition to traditional screenings, she suggests looking at a child's sleep, mealtimes, transitions, and nutrition. She also emphasizes the importance of recognizing patterns and understanding a child's temperament. Ultimately, she believes it is possible to harness a child's strong will and turn it into a strength.

In this episode, you will learn the following:

Uncovering the difference between strong-willed behavior and medical conditions Using boundary setting to help manage strong-willed behavior Understanding the four temperaments of babies to prepare for strong-willed behavior in the future.
