We hosted our second Employment Law Top Tips session of the year where we looked at How to Conduct an Effective Workplace Investigation.

We were delighted to be joined by Clara O’Sullivan, Founder of COSWI (Clara O’Sullivan Workplace Investigations). Clara is a solicitor and internationally accredited Workplace Investigator from the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) in California.

Clara shared some practical tips on how to conduct investigations for all workplace matters whether they relate to grievances, disciplinary or bullying and harassment issues. Ronnie Neville, a partner in our Employment and Benefits team also shared tips and best practices that will help you navigate the legal complexities of these investigations.
