We hosted our Giving Your Club a Sporting Chance - Effective Management of Sports Organisations session on Wednesday 29 November.

In this episode, our speakers provide an update on best practices for governing sporting organisations. They cover top tips and common pitfalls and offered some practical insights on how to minimise risk and potential liabilities. They also gave a brief overview of recent and upcoming changes in the law that may impact the day-to-day operations of your sports organisation.

We also examined the implications for sporting clubs of the recent Domino's Pizza case, where the Supreme Court decided that delivery drivers were employees for tax purposes.
