His marriage and much, much more. The key here is that he hit rock bottom and didn't stay there. He decided to look within himself for answers as he told me he had been studying spirituality for years.

Along with a life long pursuit for wisdom. Dave took that pain and came to the realization that he was never going to reach the level of perfection that he thought he wanted to attain. Instead he learned acceptance and that's when his transformation happened. In setting himself right he realized he could help others to accept themselves.
