This episode explores the benefits of training lightly on your off days. The approach here should be one of light training along with passively healing in an enlarged state! In theory this should lead to more growth in the future.


I've always viewed this day as one of rest and recovery its never a strenuous day. Its like after training hard for 5 days you want to use this day to keep turtling at bay and stay as long and full as possible. To maximize expansion one must always look to stay in an expanded state as long as possible!
